THE ART OF WINEMAKING

Tasting notes

La Piu Belle has a captivating ruby color with a deep blue halo that captures the attention. The nose is remarkably intense, balanced, elegant and mysterious, recalling aromas that engage all the senses, starting with delicate fragrances of strawberries, raspberries and berries. It continues with aromas of wild flowers, lavender and violet. Enthusiastic, somewhat shy, but firm notes of spices appear, with a touch of oak and personality, that makes the wine more complex but friendly at the same time. The attack is incredibly fresh, silky, with body and structure. The tannins are round and elegant, with a long and lengthy finish.
La Piu Belle is a harmonious and dynamic wine with a persistent elegance, offering itself without excess. An absolutely magical wine.

Vineyard notes

The 2013 harvest was particularly kind to us, with plenty of balance in temperature and an elongated maturation process bringing out the best qualities in our grapes. The elegant tannins and incredible smooth mouth feel are direct byproducts of this fantastic year.
